I ordered ONE playboy sweatshirt on 4/11 and it has processed through my credit card. I have only received an order confirmation. No update on the delivery at all. It is now 5/1 and it still says my order is being processed. I'm not complaining about the length of time I've waited I just would like an update and an estimated time frame on when my sweatshirt will be arriving. I've emailed and tried to call their costumer service with NO luck. I will no longer be buying online from them.
Absolutely terrible. From their website their rules to delivery. Online customer service is the worst. Ive been trying to call them multiple times today and I get stuck on hold for 20 minutes every time and they never answer. Didn't receive my order and can't return it only so now I don't have my order nor money. Absolutely worst online shopping experience

They send you offers thru text messages that doesn’t even exist . Just to get your attention I feel scammed. Never again giving them my money I prob spend a good 1,000 in less than two months there but NEVER AGAIN.
Orderd jeans and received a jean skirt 10 days later. Now jeans I've been waiting for are out of stock. Order number on email confirmation is completely different on shipping slip.
I ordered 15 items after 5 try's of placing orders they canceled 4 orders an now they have only shipped 3 items of the 15 an the 3 items they sent are now held up at a FedEx center honestly the worst time ive ever had ordering cloths I'm never buying from them again if they some how see this my Order #79329872 please do something about this it's ridiculous i spent $500 an this is what i get like wow bro!
I have a gift card that I am unable to use. I tried placing an order several times and they won’t deduct it, even though it says there is a balance on it. I called and chatted several times (each time spending more than 39 minutes)and they were no help. They just told me to try again in a couple of hours. I even asked if they could place the order over the phone and was told no! This has been going on for almost a week! Ridiculous that I cannot make a purchase!
Very bad customer service!
I had bad experience with the customer service at First Colony Mall location. The store manager was very rude to customer!
If I could give zero star rating i would. They admitted i ordereda womens 9 and I received a mens 9. I've called and spoke with 2 people 2 says in a row that I can barely understand and still have no return label in my email. They keep telling me it is coming. Worst. Will never order again from pacsun. This was ordered right before Christmas as a gift.
Oh, WOW!! I have to give them 1 star in order to even write a review. I have the same review as Leslie. Unbelievable. I ordered 6 items during the Cyber sales. I received one of them on Dec 2. The balance appeared to sit in the Grove City, Ohio Fed Ex warehouse according to my tracking I information. I finally called PacSun on Dec 16, as I felt that 2 weeks should be plenty of time to move merchandise a mere 20 mile distance to my home. They told me that they would expedite my request and that I would receive an email confirmation. 2 days later, no email confirmation, so I called again. They finally told me that my order was lost and that only 2 of the items I ordered are now available. I asked for a 40% discount coupon (which was the original cyber deal that got me to order so many items) so that I could make another selection. I was told that 15% was the best they could do. And there is no way to talk to an actual PacSun representative because the call center is in the Philippines I requested a full refund. My 13 year old daughter loves this store and I have no idea why. I will NEVER step foot in that store again. This is the second scam I have experienced this Christmas. From now on, I order from Amazon only. It’s no wonder that companies are losing business to Amazon.
This experience has been terrible! I ordered a pair of jeans and had not received my order witching 2 weeks. I went back to check the tracking number and they sent me an invalid tracking number. After they finally sent me one three days later, the estimated arrival date of my package had already passed by two days so at this point I reached out to customer service for them to tell me my package was on its way and to wait till the end of the week. So I waited and received nothing so I reached out to customer service again and at this point the women told me my order was lost so she offered to either resend my order or refund me and I told her I would like her to resend the jeans as I still wanted them. Later that day I received an email saying my order had been refunded. The customer service agent did not listen to what I wanted and therefor made me even more angry. At least point I reached out again to customer service and the man told me that if I were to replace my order online they would price match it for what I had originally paid for my first pair. So I went to do this and the order would not go through on their end however they charged me twice for an order that was never placed. I then reached out to their customer service team for the FOURTH time and that person this time told me they couldn't help me and that it was something wrong on my end. Overall, DO NOT SHOP HERE! They will lose your packages and take your money and you will still not end up with what you ordered.
I really like the style. I've been looking at the online website lately, and how most websites have liked and a bag they do. However, you are limited on how many items you get to like, which I just don't quite understand.
this is my FAVORITE STORE EVER they have such cute clothes and sell brandy melville! where i live we dont have a brandy anywhere so its nice to go there! customer service is amazing and so nice! they are also very good at keeping safe distance and mask rules in check OVER ALL 10/10
I visited PacSun store in Santa Barbara. As my 12 daughter and I were looking at the items, a store associate approached us and very hostile asked us if we left boba drinks on her countertop. I calmly explained that we just came in and would not bring a drink into the store. Manager then proceeded to tell us that we can't try more than 5 items per visit. I clarified with her she meant 5 items per person, she repeatedely told me that it's per visit assuming that my daughter and I were just one party and I wasn't going to try any clothes. I explained that I did plan to try a few things but definitely not going to over the limit.
As I stood there observing new customers coming in, this associate didn't approach anyone else. She also didn't address people that were incorrectly wearing their masks including her own associate.
My daughter and I felt singled out for unknown reasons. I approached the associate and asked her to speak with her manager, she proceeded to tell me that she was a manager and refused to provide her name. In addition, she told me that my daughter and I were weird justifying poor treatment. I am outraged by this service and would like this store associate to be more professional and also look out for public safety.
Hope this issue can be resolved in the near future, so this will not happen to anyone else.
so i ordered online about a month ago. i've been wondering what's been taking so long for my package to arrive. i should have read the reviews for ordering online before ordering. i don't check my email often, but today i checked and turns out they gave me a refund. it seems like my package was lost or something like that. i will not be ordering from this shop again.

YES, they are very authentic. They are my favorite store and if you don't want to buy online, you can go instore which is where many people buy their clothes. Although, they are BIT expensive. They are definetely not like Romwe and have actual brands in there shops. I have never not been satisified.
